These Terms & Conditions apply to SMS (text message) communications sent by Zayo Group, LLC.

Program Description

Zayo Group LLC uses SMS messaging solely for service-related, informational purposes. Messages may include service ticket updates, maintenance notifications, outage communications, and responses to customer support inquiries. SMS messages are not used for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-In

Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by verbally consenting during a support interaction or by requesting SMS communications related to their Zayo services.

Opt-Out

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Zayo Group LLC unless you re-enroll.
